Gary King Says He Was Edited Out Of ‘Below Deck Sailing Yacht’
Below Deck Sailing Yacht Gary King believes that Bravo has edited him out of Season 5. He says this is taking place because of the recent allegations of sexual harassment against him. Gary posted a reaction to the latest episode preview on his Instagram on Monday, October 14th. He was not happy with the results of that preview.
Gary King Shares His Thoughts
Gary King was unhappy with the results of the latest preview of Below Deck Sailing Yacht. King believes that due to allegations of sexual harassment. He thinks Bravo has chosen to edit him out of the newest episode. Consequently, he took to Instagram to share his thoughts. Gray says emphatically, “Sad to see this has all been edited out of tonight’s episode. Scary how one person’s lies can ruin someone’s career and livelihood, oh well my head is held I’m high as I know the truth. Karma will get ya, anyways.”
Gary King explicitly believes that he will continue to be removed from the episodes in Season 5. Also, he says, “Seeing as most of me will probably be edited out of this season. I will try [to] post as much as possible to show you all what you’re missing out on.” Sounds like King is going to make sure his fans don’t miss out on anything.
Mr. King used his social media to inform fans about his future on reality TV. He shared that his future with Bravo is up in the air. During the filming of Season 4 of Below Deck Sailing Yacht, Gary was accused by a production assistant of making unwanted advances. He also wants fans to keep up with everything Gary on his social media.
Alligations Against Gary King
In an expose published in Rolling Stone in October 2023 production assistant Samantha Suarez gave a detailed interview about Gary King. Suarez said that Bravo is helping cover up inappropriate behavior by King. Samantha told Rolling Stone “It was insane. There were multiple incidents of sexual harassment in front of multiple producers after this person had been given verbal warnings multiple times,” she continued “I had to promote and make this guy who just assaulted someone look awesome. That was my job, to make this person look cool, capable, and exciting.”
Suarez said that she was tasked with keeping track of Gary King after he got drunk. She said that once filming was wrapped she was asked to stay with him in his hotel room. King allegedly pressed himself against Samantha as she attempted to leave. Samantha says she told a producer about the incident. Bravo addressed the situation and King that he had to sleep on the boat when production was not filming. This was an effort made because production needed to keep King out of the hotel.
Bravo addressed the particularly specific allegations against Gary King. The network said “Bravo is committed to maintaining a safe and respectful workplace for cast and crew on our reality shows. We require our third-party production companies to have appropriate workplace policies and trainings in place and a clear process on how to report concerns. The concerns Ms. Suarez raised in July 2022 were investigated at that time and action was taken based on the findings.”

Daisy iz the one to be gotten rid of. All she does iz try to get Gary in trouble and complain about everything. In my 76 years on this earth, I have seen too many “Daisy’s” and it makes me upset to the Moon and Back
Gary has been cringe to watch since the first season. He is a great deckhand and good at that part of the job. That is the only reason Glen has kept him. Bravo kept him because of the drama and now are reeping the seeds the sowed. His behavior would be an HR nightmare in any other industry.
