Garth Brooks’ Marriage In Big Trouble Amid Sexual Assault Claims?
Things are getting shaky in the country music world right now. That’s because Garth Brooks is facing some horrendous allegations that are far from peachy. A lawsuit against him went public on October 3rd after a woman made claims that Garth sexually assaulted her in 2019. In light of everything going on with Diddy‘s allegations, it seems that a lot of victims are feeling more comfortable about coming forward with their own individual stories. The question right now is whether or not Garth’s marriage with his wife, Trisha Yearwood, will make it past these toxic legal troubles.
What’s Next For Garth Brooks And Trisha Yearwood?
The future of Garth and Trisha’s marriage is a mystery for now. What we do know is that last month he posted a heartfelt birthday shout-out to celebrate Trishia before all the allegations against him went public. On September 19th, he posted a picture of his wife writing, “Happy Birthday, Trisha! You look better than ever, you ARE better than ever and I love you MORE than ever… love, me.”
Garth’s comment section has been completely shut off on Instagram for now, though. That’s likely to avoid an influx of negative comments from folks who think he’s guilty of the charges against him. The latest post from Trisha went up on October 3rd as a thread highlighting her time spent in Las Vegas with Garth. Just like Garth, her Instagram comment section has also been shut off.
Garth is an award-winning country music star with a long list of accomplishments under his belt. He’s taken home the Country Music Association Award for Entertainer of the Year, the Academy of Country Music Award for Entertainer of the Year, and the Billboard Music Award for Top Country Artist. Just to name a few. However, none of his awards or hit songs are enough to shield him from harsh criticism from the general public. Social media users have taken to Reddit to share their thoughts on this chaotic story as it’s been unfolding:

- ”Based on dude’s rep, this all sounds sketch. But I guess we’ll see.”
- “Not quite sure if I believe any of this. I’m going to wait for more evidence to come out.”
- “Say it ain’t so? Trisha Yearwood surely could keep him on the line with her cooking skills?”
- “Don’t get too sad until discovery, everyone. This lady is accusing him of ‘holding her up by her ankles and forcefully penetrating her.’ Doesn’t sound possible for little ole dorky Garth. But yeah… I hope it’s false.”
Country music lovers will have to wait for more information to surface about this particular case. What are your thoughts on the current charges against Garth? Do you feel like this will have an impact on his marriage with Trisha? Let us know in the comment section below.

I don’t believe this for one minute. I’ve seen Garth do so many kind things for other folks and I believe he’s honest and down to earth. I would be very shocked to find out otherwise.
I believe him… she was trying to extort him for money. Will be very curious to hear what kind if evidence she has. No way Tricia would be complicit in this either!
