Angela Murray might have recently been voted out on Big Brother, but she isn’t ready to give up on reality shows just yet. She recently discussed just what series she would like to do next. All the while, she also described her experiences on Big Brother and how it might have prepared her for another show.

Murray Felt Her Fate Was Sealed On The Show Early On

Murray appeared on Big Brother‘s 26th season. During her time on the series, she risked eviction seven times. However, for a time, she managed to find some way of staying on the show, such as people using the Veto to help her.

However, Murray was eventually evicted during a double eviction. Despite this, she still managed to make an impression on viewers, especially with how many times the Veto was used in her favor.

Murray recently talked with Entertainment Weekly about her time on the show. When asked about how often she was put on the block, Murray felt her early actions on the show ensured this would happen.

As Murray explained, “I think that I kept being put on the block because I made a move early in the game that kind of put a target on my back.” Thanks to this, Murray described herself as “the habitual pawn” on the show. She added that she was effectively always told that, “Just deal with it. It’s your game and it’s getting you this far.”

Despite this, Murray admitted that, “I didn’t agree with that, didn’t like it, but it was what it was, and I had to kind of play it out. However the cards fell, I did my best to recover.” In the end, she felt, “I gave them a target, every time.”

Murray Said The Experience Might Have Prepared Her For Another Show

Though Murray is no longer on Big Brother, she might not be against appearing on other reality shows. As she revealed, “I have always been a big fan of CBS shows, so I’d have to go with Survivor.”

Murray felt that she had learned enough from her reality show experience to do better on the series. As she explained, “Survivor is right there at the tippy top as well as Big Brother, and I think that after Big Brother that I would do things so differently and not be as paranoid. So Survivor would be a dream also for me to compete in.”

There were a few other reasons why Murray felt the show would be a good fit for her. She described it as “a fascinating social experiment.” She also said she’d like to be “out in the elements where I can hug trees and be in a nature.”

As Murray chimed in, “I am a nature girl and so Survivor.” Finally, she added one more special reason, “Let’s just face it, Jeff’s a hottie! He’s cutie pie. So I would go on Survivor.”

  1. I will not watch if she joins survivor…. just like I stopped watching big brother because of her. I hate her paranoid, bossy, taunting game play. I can now go and start watching again, yay!

  2. Angela goes on survivor I won’t watch it and I love survivor. I barely stomached big brother until she got voted off.!

    1. Exactly how I feel! I don’t know how the houseguests could tolerate her as long as they did! She’s always crying and wining, so Survivor would not be good for her!

  3. You would not believe how hard I and family and friends that watch Big Brother were screaming for her to get voted off!! Just sad it took as long as it did! Almost quit Big Brother over this one snd next season is Iffy for a bunch of us. If she show up on Survivor it’s over for them!!

    1. I will not watch Survivor if she is on the show! I wanted her off BB the first night! I would not have been able to put up with her if I was in that house with her!

  4. There’s never been a contestant that cried every day while in the bb house! Angela must really be delusional if she believes that can make it on
    Survivor!

  5. No…I dont want to see her whiny, paranoid child like behavior on any show. She has been on multiple CBS shows…she is a plant by CBS…she needs to go back to being a realtor…tho could you imagine her being your agent? She would have a breakdown any time you said no at a showing.

  6. I don’t think she should go the competition show route. I hear she’s friends with some on the cast of Real Housewives of Salt Lake City – that would be a natural fit I think. Or some kind of TLC starring vehicle.

  7. Why are people hating on Angela? I personally thought she kept the viewers coming back for more. Weather they like to admit it or not. So I will definitely give a big YES! YES! YES! for seeing her on SURVIVOR !! WE LOVE YOU ANGELA !! ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

  8. I’ve never been SO glad to see anyone evicted from Big Brother! I hope I never see her again, especially on Survivor or The Amazing Race. She has had more than her 15 minutes of fame. Go home!
