Hallmark’s Countdown To Christmas 2024 has a very special movie premiering. This is The Christmas Quest starring Lacey Chabert and Kristoffer Polaha. This movie is the first time two of the network’s biggest stars, Lacey and Kris, have starred together. They have been in the same movie together, Haul Out The Holly. However, this treasure hunt of a movie is the first time they are playing romantic leads.

She is an archeologist, while he is an expert in Old Norse languages. They are a divorced couple headed to Iceland on a quest. Their job is to find a treasured artifact and keep it from getting into the hands of the wrong people.
Can they overcome their past and find a way to work together, as they experience an adventure of a lifetime?
When Is The Premiere Of Hallmark’s The Christmas Quest?
The premiere of The Christmas Quest is on Sunday, December 1, at 8 p.m., Eastern, on the Hallmark Channel. For those Peacock subscribers, this holiday movie will be available to stream up to 72 hours after the premiere.
Where Was The Christmas Quest Filmed?
Hallmark’s The Christmas Quest was filmed in Iceland. Lacey Chabert revealed, “Iceland’s somewhere I’ve never been. When we go on location, the places become characters in the movie almost. So this one, we got to show off so much of this beautiful place, and I think the audience is goin to feel like they’ve taken a little trip to Iceland.”
However, Lacey admits that she prefers “slightly higher temperatures.” Moreover, this transplanted Hollywood actress admitted that things got downright chilly! “At one point about the second week of shooting, we realized I needed a heated vest. They had a million hot packs in every pocket, and we just did everything we could to stay warm. It was remarkable. We were in lava caves and hiking up an ice glacier.” Despite the cold, she admits, it was “just so much fun.”
However, she did get to leave the ice packs for a spectacular embellished blue evening gown designed by Keith Nielsen.
