Candace Cameron Bure & Niall Matter Reunite
On Sunday, Candace Cameron Bure and her Aurora Teagarden Mysteries costar Niall Matter took to Instagram to share a photo from a reunion. CCB shared the photo on her IG Stories.
She wrote, “Guess who I got to visit with today?!! Too happy to see my buddy @officiallynialllmatter.” She shared a smiling selfie of the reunited former costars.
In return, Niall reshared the post on his stories but did not add a comment.
Candace Cameron Bure And Niall Matter’s Last Movie Filmed Three Years Ago
Just about three years ago, CCB and Niall filmed their final Aurora Teagarden movie together, Haunted By Murder.
This movie included CCB’s daughter Natasha Bure, portraying a younger Aurora. In addition, fans will remember that Niall sported a heavy beard. That is because he had an unfortunate carpentry accident that caused some facial damage. Thankfully, he could grow a fast beard to cover it up before filming.
However, based on her social media, this new post may be the first time that the two have reunited since she left Hallmark.
CCB And Niall Matter Made 10 Aurora Teagarden Movies Together
Sleuthers know Candace Cameron Bure and Niall Matter made 10 Aurora Teagarden Mysteries together.
However, when CCB left Hallmark for GAF, this series ended, and Hallmark created a reboot sequel with Skyler Samuels.
Since then, CCB has not seemed to share any sort of social media with any of the leads she starred with in the Hallmark Mystery series. Therefore, this reunion with Niall seems like a big deal.
However, there are a couple of reasons why Hallmark fans should not be concerned about this reunion post. Firstly, Great American Media would jump at the opportunity to announce this reunion. Second, CCB called Niall “my buddy.” If he was her costar, she would have worded this differently.
Moreover, this was a lovely reunion between two former costars who played a married couple, on a fan-favorite series.
As for the upcoming months, Candace Cameron Bure is starring in two Christmas movies. The first is A Christmas Less Traveled with Eric Johnson, for GAF. Also, she stars with Cameron Mathison in Jingle Bells, Wedding Bells.
As for Niall Matter, he rarely posts on his social media. Nor has Hallmark shared any information about upcoming projects.
However, it is expected that Niall will be in at least one Christmas movie this year. Last year’s Holiday Hotline was a top-five Christmas movie on everyone’s list. In addition, his silent disco DJ cameo in The Santa Summit was a huge part of the success of that movie.
Hallmark is making a lot of new content now. Now that they have the new streaming channel Hallmark+, they are creating more movies and series than ever before. Niall Matter fans should expect some big news in the upcoming month.
