One fan fed up with the hypocrisy pointed out that one of the other judges has more kids than Carrie Underwood, but no one is concerned for his marriage.
“I love how everyone is sooooo concerned about Carrie underwood being away from family……what about Luke Bryan he has more kids than her????? You people need to get a life and worry about yourself!”

Fans Beg Strict American Idol Rule Change
Idol Across America is looking for the country’s best singers… with a catch. According to The U.S. Sun, applicants must be between fourteen and twenty-nine. Several disgruntled fans took to the comments of Carrie Underwood’s post to complain about how unfair the age limit is and beg her to change it.
- I wanted to audition before but it says you have to be in your 20s or younger
- It’s so sad they put an age limit. I’m by no means old but of course the world keeps sending the message that your dreams are over if you’re over 30
- Can you please open up the ages. I used to watch as a little girl and now at 33 I’m too old.
- Age requirements suck
- I’m not even 30 and I can’t audition!
But another social media user clapped back at the complaints and told them to try out for The Voice instead. The rival NBC show doesn’t have an age limit, though applicants must be at least thirteen.
