Harry Wild Has Been Renewed For Season 4
On Tuesday, TV Line revealed that Acorn TV has renewed the hit mystery series Harry Wild for Season 4. Jane Seymour’s Irish mystery is back for Season 4. Best of all, they have already started production in Dublin, Ireland.
Catherine Mackin, Managing Director at Acorn Media Enterprises was happy to make this announcement. “We’re thrilled to be kicking off production on a fourth season of Harry Wild with our fantastic cast and crew in Ireland. With this series, the delightful Jane Seymour has become a beloved member of the Acorn TV family, we can’t wait to see what Harry has up her sleeve this season and what mysteries she will solve her own unique way.”
This series is about retired literature professor Harriet “Harry” Wild. This clever woman is good at reading people and solving mysteries. Returning for the new season includes Rohan Nedd, as Fergus, Samantha Mumba as Fergus’ mother Paula Kenny, and Paul Tylak as Glenn Talbot. Also, expect Kevin Ryan to reprise his role as Charlie Wild.

What Should Acorn TV Viewers Expect In Season 4?
Now that Harry Wild has started production on Season 4, what should fans expect? The synopsis reveals that “business couldn’t be better at the Wild/Reid Detective Agency as Harry and Fergus welcome an unexpected client: Charlie Wild.”
“Elsewhere, Harry is hired by a friend and former wild child turned nun, Lola (Rose O’Neill) stumbles upon a dance school mystery, a Dublin literary tour takes a bloody turn; and Fergus’ hopes of going to college at the same time as Lola are threatened when she gets an incredible offer to study abroad.”
Although the network shared some episode information, Acorn TV has not shared how many episodes they will make.
Back in May, Jane Seymour spoke to People about her role in this series. She revealed that when she read the script, she instantly thought of what a “fabulous” character this was. Moreover, she never intended to do another series. But, she loved the writing. She found it intelligent. Most of all, this was not a “remake of anything.”
The newness of this role and this show, along with the “soft crime element,” made her unexpectedly sign on for this series. All of this added up to her signing on. Best of all, there will soon be more.
