‘Welcome To Plathville’ Olivia Plath Felt Unsafe With Ethan
Welcome to Plathville star Olivia Plath told her TLC fans that her marriage was not fixable. That came in February this year, and now she’s talking about how she felt unsafe married to him. In Season 5, Ethan told her that he barely knew her anymore and didn’t want to raise children with her. But now he’s flip-flopping and she’s not buying it.
TLC Star Olivia Plath Never Felt Cherished
Welcome to Plathville fans watched the marriage of Ethan Plath and his wife sit on the edge of a cliff for four seasons before it finally imploded. It was initially doubted and checked off as drama for ratings. However, most TLC fans now realize that it was for real. Puzzled as to why it took so long to get the divorce filed, Season 6 revealed to viewers that Ethan seemed to have second thoughts. So the delay came from him.
Olivia Plath, fans agreed, she might regret leaving her husband. In the trailer for Season 6 of the TLC show, Ethan Plath dated a little bit, but his heart wasn’t in it. Instead, fans saw him hoping for a reconciliation. As Olivia wants him to remain single, some people think she might decide to try again in the future. But, it seems unlikely she would place herself in an unsafe environment again.
Welcome To Plathville Star Felt Unsafe?
TLC viewers watched as Ethan and Olivia got together for the first time in months. The awkward conversation revealed a very sad man and his ex who seemed unwilling to crack a smile. Actually, the tension could almost be felt through the TV screen. Next, she spoke with Lydia Grace and explained that she felt instantly “divorced” on the same day the couple decided they were separated.
Olivia Plath said in her confessional that she felt that she had fought too long to save her marriage. There simply had to be a cutoff point. She added:
Now being on my own and feeling like my life is so much more peaceful, it makes me realize how chaotic and dysfunctional that was. And I don’t miss that. Maybe someday I’ll separate it all in my mind. But for right now he’s part of that.
Nailing shut the coffin on the idea of reconciliation, Ethans Plath’s ex said, “…my whole world didn’t feel safe.” So, she’s convinced that she won’t go back to that. “I’ve moved on, I’m done, and I feel like Ethan’s indecision confirms my decision,” she noted.
