Ariana Madix And Katie Maloney Are Getting Sued
Ariana Madix and Katie Maloney are getting sued. This is not a good week for Ariana Madix. She has gotten sued twice this week. She is currently in Fiji filming Love Island USA. While she is on the beach hosting one of her favorite shows, back home it seems people are suing her left and right. Fans are shocked at all the legal things happening with her. Tom Sandoval Sues Her
Tom Sandoval sued Ariana Madix this week. The reason he sued her all leads back to Rachel Leviss. Rachel sued Tom and Ariana for sharing explicit videos of herself with their friends. However, Tom is now suing Ariana for getting access to the video without “authorization”. He is claiming that she accessed the videos “illegally”. This is shocking to fans as Tom is not taking responsibility again. He cheated on her and she was upset. Then, she found the video on his phone. It is not abnormal for significant others to go through the other’s phone. Now, Tom is suing her for doing something normal people would do.
Ariana Madix And Katie Maloney Get Sued
Ariana Madix is getting sued again. So is Katie Maloney. It seems that a former chef of theirs is not happy that they cut ties with her. Penny Davidi is suing the two of them for failing to pay her for the work she did for their sandwich shop, Something About Her. She accused the two of them of going back on their agreement. Penny revealed that she was told she would have 10% partnership for helping them come up with the sandwiches. She was supposed to be paid $7,500 a month until January. However, this did not happen. Penny then slammed their sandwich shop.
“They don’t know how to cross-utilize. I would not bring in five different kinds of bread for 10 sandwiches, I also would not put certain sandwiches on certain kinds of bread because the bread-to-meat ratio is completely off from what I’ve seen in photos and people’s posts.”
It seems that their former chef did not like that they cut ties with her. Ariana and Katie have not spoken out on the issue. Fans are unsure who to believe at this point. It also may be a big misunderstanding. Regardless, Ariana has been sued twice in one week and fans feel bad for her. I’m over everyone feeling sorry for Ariana. People break up. It takes two to screw up a relationship. It’s been over a year. She needs to stop being so angry. At this point, I feel bad for Tom for all the hate he receives.
I’m tired of everybody feeling sorry for Ariana so she was cheated on, but if she sends around a video of her ex and another girl screwing that is just wrong. Also, as far as her sandwich shop goes if you watch Vanderpump rules, the chef was involved so if they didn’t pay then, yes they should be sued.
