Tom Sandoval’s Lawsuits Taking Down Schwartz & Sandy’s?
When ‘Scandoval’ hit, that was an absolute disaster for Tom Sandoval and his two bars. He co-owns TomTom with Tom Schwartz and Lisa Vanderpump. Plus, he had just opened Schwartz & Sandy’s with Schwartz and Greg Morris. Unfortunately, Sandoval having an affair with Rachel Leviss was extremely destructive and caused him to have to take a big step back. Since many fans were on his ex-girlfriend, Ariana Madix’s side, they boycotted his restaurants. TomTom had to turn off their Yelp reviews and people were writing awful comments in the bathroom at Schwartz & Sandy’s. Statements had to be issued on behalf of the staff at both establishments.
It was a reminder that they were not responsible for Sandoval’s bad behavior and to not punish the hard-working employees who needed jobs. Over time, things started to die down and it appeared the staff preferred Tom Schwartz to Sandoval. They claimed he was kinder and more invested. For Season 11, Vanderpump Rules could not film at Schwartz & Sandy’s and it looks like things are bad once again. Sandoval just sued Ariana Madix for invading his privacy when she went into his phone and stole the explicit videos of Rachel Leviss. Someone called Greg Morris out on the Sandoval drama and he was clearly very mad.

It seems Greg is trying to keep Schwartz & Sandy’s afloat but Tom Sandoval keeps doing things to bring it down. More so, he does not care about how these situations impact his businesses. Lisa Vanderpump has already taken control of TomTom. During Pride Month in June, she covered up the sign with colorful flags but kept the PUMP sign next door very visible.
Lawsuits Galore
Aside from Tom Sandoval suing Ariana Madix, they were both sued by Rachel Leviss. Ariana also took him to court demanding he sell their Valley Village home and split the profits. So, after seeing Greg Morris’ reaction to Sandoval’s antics, what did followers have to say? More so, did they feel for Greg who has had his own personal problems?
- Wonder how many times Greg has offered sandoval to just buy him out and be done with him. Sandoval will never take it because it’s him admitting defeat but I bet Greg has tried.
- This guy probably wakes up everyday dreading this partnership.
- I was just thinking to myself “how much more will it take for Greg, Schwartz, and LVP to complete cut him out of their businesses??” There’s no way they can survive with his name attached
