‘Bachelorette’ Hannah Brown Shares Advice For Jenn Tran
Hannah Brown knows what it takes to be the Bachelorette. While her season didn’t end in the happily ever after she wanted, she has some advice for the current lead, Jenn Tran.
From Bachelorette To Author
Hannah Brown was just 24 when she was the Bachelorette in 2019. Later that year, she competed and won Season 28 of Dancing With The Stars. The Alabama native was also part of the first season of Fox’s Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test.
Between all that, she also published a memoir, God Bless This Mess: Learning to Live and Love Through Life’s Best (and Worst) Moments, and a companion journal. The memoir was a best seller and sparked a creative writing streak in the reality star. In 2023, she signed a publishing deal for two romance novels.
Her first, Mistakes We Never Made, was released earlier this year to excellent reviews. Hannah Brown confessed to Us Weekly recently that it would be a dream come true if her novel was adapted into a movie. She’s currently working on the second novel.
Hannah Brown Shares Advice For Jenn Tran
With her burgeoning career as a writer, Hannah Brown’s wedding to fiance Adam Woolard has taken a backseat. She was previously engaged to Bachelorette suitor Jed Wyatt. Despite that relationship not working out, Hannah can relate to Jenn Tran’s journey on the ABC dating show.
Season 21 of The Bachelorette premiered earlier this month. Hannah Brown spoke to Distractify and shared advice she would give Jenn Tran, 26. She reminisced that filming the Bachelorette is a “crazy time” and changes lives “overnight.”
Hannah Brown noted that Jenn Tran is “really young,” like she was on Season 15. She said that the main thing she would tell Jenn Tran was to trust her instincts.
“The biggest thing that I would say to Jenn is just to fully soak it in and trust yourself. She’s also really young, just like I was too. … But it can be just so overwhelming. So just to trust herself, to fully lean into the experience, and soak it in.”
Hannah added that she thinks Jenn Tran will be a “fabulous” Bachelorette and hopes she has a “beautiful experience” on the show. Her advice is similar to Becca Kufrin’s words of wisdom for the new Bachelorette.
