Amy Duggar Opens Up About Why Anna Is ‘Really Mad’
Counting On alum Amy Duggar King recently participated in an interview where she opened up about her imprisoned cousin, Josh. The 37-year-old mom has been taking extra steps to expose the disgraced son of Jim Bob and Michelle. She also used her cousin’s arrest to spread awareness about child safety. Counting On: Amy Duggar Wishes Torture For Cousin Josh
During an interview, Amy expressed her hatred for Josh. According to the Counting On alum, her cousin deserves to suffer in prison. She even hoped that he’d mess up again and get a longer sentence. Amy also caught the attention of many after hoping for “absolute torture” for Josh every day. “I really hope that because what he watched and what he was viewing for his own fulfillment is those kids experiencing torture,” she added.
Amy Opens Up About Why Anna Is Really Mad
Amy also talked about her last interaction with Anna. According to the former Counting On star, the last time they crossed paths was during a funeral. She decided to call Anna by her name. However, Josh’s wife told her that she needed space, implying that she was still pissed about Amy Duggar King’s attempts to expose her husband even more.
Amy later said that she’s not going to speak for Anna Duggar, but she can’t imagine what she has to deal with every day. “It’s heartbreaking in every direction and I just respected the fact that she needed space and I didn’t try to push any further,” she added before saying how much she wanted to talk, but she knew that it wasn’t the right location at the time. “But if you ask me, I think she is mad. I do. I think she’s just really, really mad,” she added. It’s clear to see that Amy has a soft heart for Anna and her seven kids. But it seems that Anna has no plans to build relationships with those who want her husband to suffer behind bars.
Counting On: How’s Anna Duggar Today?
One of Anna’s latest appearances was during her grandfather’s funeral. Many were surprised by how happy she looked after all the negativity she received for supporting her convicted husband. The Counting On alum hasn’t been participating in any Duggar family get-togethers as well, though it was reported that she still lives with them in Arkansas.
Meanwhile, an insider previously claimed that Anna was nowhere to be seen during Josh’s birthday at the prison last month despite being visited by some family members, creating speculation that their marriage may be in trouble.
