‘My 600-lb Life’: Who Are Dr. Now’s Patients In Episodes 3 & 4?
My 600-lb Life star Dr. Younan Nowzaradan, also known as, Dr. Now, has already faced two patients in Season 12. It was already a challenge for the bariatric surgeon early in the season as his patients battled their weight of over 600 lbs. But it seems that things are only getting more challenging for the 79-year-old. Keep reading to see his next two patients.
My 600-lb Life: What Happened to Krystal & Willam?
The 12th season of My 600-lb Life premiered with a patient named Krystal. She appeared in the show at nearly 700 pounds. However, she was determined to lose weight for her future marriage. She doesn’t want to become a burden to her man when they get married. By the end of Krystal’s episode, she had lost 184 pounds, bringing her down to 505 lbs. Many of her social media photos today also show that she’s still living a healthy lifestyle.
The second episode featured the story of Willam. He had a starting weight of 592 pounds. He was a previous athlete who suffered from a knee injury. As a result, he began to lose control of his weight due to his inability to exercise. Due to this, he sought Dr. Now’s help to finally turn his life around. Unfortunately, he struggled with Dr. Now’s regimen and only lost four pounds after almost a year of trying to transform himself.
Dr. Now’s Patient In Episode 3
According to TLC, the third episode of My 600-lb Life Season 12 will feature the story of Delana. Her struggles began when a regular trip to a grocery store turned into an emergency for the EMTs. Her weight is becoming a threat to her life, and she must follow Dr. Now’s orders to turn her life around. Her unhealthy lifestyle also resulted in her estrangement from her daughter. Due to this, she had to work hard in the hopes of reconciling with her child.
My 600-Lb Life: Dr. Now To Face Paralyzed Patient In Episode 4
The third episode of Season 12 will showcase the story of Abi. He was struggling with his weight before a fluke accident, which left him mostly paralyzed. The My 600-lb Life star has been bedridden for seven years, and his only hope is to get help from Dr. Now. TLC also revealed that he has already reached over 700 pounds.
The third episode of Season 12 will premiere on March 20, while the fourth episode airs on March 27.
