‘Shark Tank’: Where To Boy Flora, A Health Monitor For Your Plants
There is a new Shark Tank episode coming this week and one of the products is specifically made for plant lovers. The creator of Flora is coming to the show to pitch his health monitor to the sharks.
Here is what you need to know about Flora on Shark Tank and where you can buy it.
What Is Flora On Shark Tank?
Aabesh De is the man who created Flora, a heart monitor for plants. He showed up on Shark Tank this week to pitch his product and hopefully find someone who will help invest in his company. Aebesh started the company with a Kickstarter campaign in October 2022.
This is a pod device that measures the moisture, humidity, light, and temperature of plants. It then pairs up with an app that offers care tips for up to 10,000 varieties of plants. It can also set up watering schedules. The best thing is that the app will identify the plant from a simple photograph taken of it and will give the information needed to help it survive.
The app is free, although there is a $60-a-year fee for the “plus” version.
The Kickstarter campaign raised $54,568 and Aabesh began shipping out the first pods in December 2022. He now has 270,000 registered users and his revenue has grown to around $150,000 a year. He wants Shark Tank to help him fuel growth.

Flora also sells plants on the website. Anyone who offers up an email address will get entered in a drawing to win free “rare” plants. At the moment, there is also a sale on plants for Valentine’s Day at 20% off.
Viewers can also buy Flora on Amazon. The cost there is $54.99. However, it is not available through Prime shipping, and it takes about a week for its estimated arrival time. The product only has one review on Amazon at this time.
