‘Bachelor’ Tia Booth Lashes Out After ‘Scary’ Invasion Of Privacy
Bachelor alum Tia Booth lashes out after ‘scary’ invasion of privacy. What happened? Keep reading for all the details.
Tia Booth & Taylor Mock’s Son Turns 1
Tia Booth is happily married after years of trying to find love in Bachelor Nation. Fans first met her when she was a contestant on Arie Luyendyk Jr.’s season of The Bachelor.
She also had a brief relationship with Colton Underwood during Season 5 of Bachelor In Paradise. She returned for Season 7 but was again unsuccessful in finding lasting love.
Tia began dating Taylor Mock in 2021. He popped the question in early 2022. Their wedding was briefly put on hold until after they welcomed their first child.
Tia and Taylor eventually married in November 2023. Their son, Tatum, turned one in December.
Tia Booth Shares Reason For Moving To New House
The Bachelor In Paradise star recently shared some huge news with her Instagram followers. Her family is on the move! Their current home is for sale, and they’re ready to move into a new home.
Why are they moving now?
According to Tia, they’re planning to expand their family soon. She shared that moving now is easier than moving once she’s “pregnant or with a newborn.”
Bachelor Alum Lashes Out After ‘Scary’ Invasion Of Privacy
Moving to a new home is always stressful, but what happened after she revealed the move probably added to the Bachelor alum’s stress.
She took to her Instagram Story to share why she deleted photos of her new home. While she didn’t explain exactly what happened, she gave a hint. “I love sharing my life with you guys on here, but sometimes it turns scary,” she wrote.
Tia added that she doesn’t feel “comfortable” posting photos “anytime soon.”
Bachelor Nation fans took to Reddit to mull over what could have happened. Something made Tia feel unsafe for her son and family.
One Redditor saw a possible explanation elsewhere online. “I saw on another thread someone posted the listing including address. She should have probably waited until the listing wasn’t live anymore to show pics. Huge house!”
Some fans were sympathetic to the reality star, but others felt she should know better than to post photos of her home. Check out what they were saying:
- Don’t agree anyone should harass anyone or make anyone feel unsafe.
- Jealousy! People love people doing well to the degree that they desire. Then they tear people down. They then thrive on the comeback story. It’s twisted.
- Hopefully it’s a wake up call for her. She’s a public figure and needs to take her security seriously.
- It is honestly kind of negligent to post pictures of your home online.
- Buying a house is really exciting but people don’t need to post every detail of their life all for the sake of content. Learn to keep some aspects private, even for the sake of your safety for yourself and your family.
- Counterpoint: posting your house is dangerous and posting pics of your child before they are old enough to consent is creating a digital footprint and potential safety issues
- no one should post pics of their houses bc the tiniest landmarks are identifiers, those google maps experts can find ya
- To be honest the craziest part of the entire thing is that the new house is almost $4 million…. lol
