Going from Dancing With The Stars back to the real world can be quite an adjustment for some contestants. But it seems that Season 32 competitor Harry Jowsey has hit the ground running and already working on new projects.

He recently took some time to reflect on his journey on the show and his connection with first-time pro Rylee Arnold. At just 18 years old, Rylee impressed many viewers when she managed to get Harry Jowsey so far in the competition.

Harry and Rylee finished in sixth place out of 14 couples. They left the show just before the semifinals episode.

Although they didn’t make it to the big finale, Harry Jowsey insists he still had a great time on the show. Rylee taught him quite a bit about ballroom dance. He admitted he could be a “big toddler” in the ballroom, but thinks he taught her some things as well. Keep reading and see what he had to say.

Harry Jowsey admits he was very juvenile during Dancing With The Stars

Despite being unpopular with many viewers, Harry Jowsey and Rylee Arnold made it much farther in the competition than anyone initially anticipated. But by Taylor Swift Night, it was time to say goodbye.

After all that time together, the Too Hot To Handle star confirmed he learned a lot from Rylee. But when asked what he taught her, Harry had a pretty self-deprecating answer.

“Probably patience,” Harry joked with PEOPLE. “How to put up with a big toddler, I think. She taught me how to dance, which was really incredible. I don’t know what I taught her, probably how to deal with a man child.”

If Rylee thought Harry was very toddler-like, she was well-suited to care for him. Between her three older sisters, Rylee Arnold has three nieces, one nephew, and another nephew on the way.

The Netflix star was ready to leave the competition

Even though Harry and Rylee grew incredibly close, he wasn’t sorry to say goodbye when they did.

“We were so close to the finals. It started to feel real, started to feel like, ‘Ah, there’s a chance that we could do it, that we could make it there,’” the Netflix star continued. “But then it was also good because we were both exhausted and it was getting so taxing. My body was falling apart. Mentally, it was just getting so serious. It was still fun, but it wasn’t as fun as it was the first time we did it, the first dance. The fact that we made it that far was just kind of crazy. It was really nuts.”
