What Did Tyler Hynes Reveal About Never Been Chris’d Role?
Hallmark’s Christmas Con is just around the corner. In preparation for this big holiday event, Tyler Hynes spoke to Digital Journal about his 2023 Christmas movie offering, Never Been Chris’d. What did the It Was Always You star have to say about this recent Christmas movie?
In this Hallmark Christmas movie, Tyler portrays Chris Silver, the object of BFF Naomi and Liz’s affection back in high school. He was the cute, cool guy that everyone had a crush on. What did Hynes say about this movie?
Firstly, Tyler revealed that he liked that was not the typical Hallmark movie. He enjoyed the friendship focus of Never Been Chris’d.
It was nice, everybody was really sweet. It was a nice opportunity to be in service of a story that was a little bit different. It’s a love story where friendship was of a focus and that was an interesting prospect.
But, why wasn’t Tyler featured more prominently in this movie?

Tyler Hynes Explains Why He Wasn’t In Much Of Never Been Chris’d
After Hallmark premiered Never Been Chris’d, there was a backlash from Hynies. The main complaint was that Tyler Hynes was barely in the movie. Therefore, he addressed the backlash about his lack of screen time in this movie.
One of the main complaints was that I wasn’t in the movie enough, which I understand, but there was a lot going on during the strike.
So, Tyler Hynes explained that his limited role in a Christmas movie was due to the SAG-AFTRA strike that started in July. There were circumstances because of the strike that kept him from being in more of this movie, and possibly more. But, he did not elaborate further.
However, he did share how much he liked the story. “I thought that the idea of a friendship love story was nice. The ladies were lovely, and I think they did a splendid job.”

Three Wise Men And A Baby Reunion At Christmas Con
Christmas Con Is taking place at the New Jersey Expo Center in Edison, New Jersey December 8, 9, and 10. Best of all, Tyler Hynes will be there to meet the fans. He promises to “have as many nice and sincere moments as I possibly can.”
Tyler also promises a mini-Three Wise Men And A Baby reunion there. He will be reuniting with Andrew Walker and Kimberley Sustad. Unfortunately, it does not appear that Paul Campbell will be joining them.

Worst movie all around! Made the 2 women look like they were never going to grow up. Made Tyler look stupid, immature, and think he was just All That. I kept thinking in the way the two women acted that at the end they would be lesbians. HORRIBLE
