Mari Pepin reveals her and Kenny’s second wedding date

In an Instagram Q&A, newlywed Mari Pepin shared more details about her wedding day. They wed on November 11 in Puerto Rico. She chose Veteran’s Day in honor of her dad who served in the military for more than twenty years.

On her flight back she opened the floor for fans to ask questions. She has shared a lot of information including when her and Kenny will have their second wedding in Chicago. When is it? According to Mari, their second celebration will be on March 24, 2024. They will have the celebration in Chicago and she isn’t really calling it a second wedding. She’s calling it a reception/celebration.

No Bachelor Nation alums were at their Puerto Rico wedding so this one in Chicago will have them all included. Mari also revealed that she has all new dresses for their Chicago celebration.

Mari and Kenny are not taking a honeymoon right now. She revealed they will be waiting until both celebrations are complete before going on an actual honeymoon. Another fan asked which date they consider their official anniversary. Mari responded, 11-11-2023.

Other wedding details

Another fan wanted to know if either of them will be changing their last name. Mari shared that they are not 100% sure yet.

They were also asked if anything went wrong on their wedding day. She revealed they couldn’t find her garter which was also her something blue. So, she had to put oil blotting sheets into her dress for her something blue. They later found the bag containing the garter had been moved to another car.

As for children, Mari says that will be a few years down the road. It doesn’t sound like starting a family is on their agenda for right now.

Overall, their day was perfect and the only thing she would change was arriving a few days earlier for the festivities.

They even incorporated their two dogs into their ceremony. It was precious.

Congrats again to Mari and Kenny. They can be seen doing a ceremony on the beach for Bachelor in Paradise at some point this season. However, that was just for show and not legally binding.
