‘The Kardashians’ Kris Jenner Breaks Silence About Cheating
In the latest episode of The Kardashians, things got a little messy between Kris Jenner and Khloe Kardashian. What starts as a casual conversation, turns into a interrogation very quickly.
Heart To Heart
In the latest episode of The Kardashians, Khloe Kardashian, and her mom, Kris Jenner are sitting together discussing many things in their lives. However, Kris starts pushing Khloe about her ex-boyfriend and father of her children, Tristan Thompson. Furthermore, Kris wants Khloe to be able to live with her decisions about Tristan without any regrets. Notably, Kris fears the consequences for Khloe if she splits from her cheating ex Tristan. Knowingly, they are forever connected with the children, True and Tatum Robert.
Khloe Kardashian Gets Sharp With Kris Jenner
Increasingly more difficult, Khloe has her walls up after Tristan’s very public cheating scandal that resulted in a child with his fling. As her mom, Kris Jenner, kept pressing her to consider keeping Tristan close, Khloe began to strike back. Relatiating, Khloe calls out her mom, “What was your mindset when you cheated?” Hesitantly taken aback, Kris Jenner opens up, “I think being really young and dumb is something that plays into it.” Elaborating that at the time, “You don’t understand the consequences of your actions.”
Khloe Kardashian Wants Answers From Kris Jenner
However, Khloe wants more of an answer. She clarifies, “But what was it about my dad that made you want to look elsewhere?” Genuinely, The Kardashians matriarch has a slight pause and responds, “I don’t know because he was such a great husband. A great dad.” Continuing to share she says, “I think I fell into a situation where I thought the grass was greener somewhere else. And I made a huge mistake.” Admittedly, she confesses, “That’s like my life’s biggest regret.”
Reflecting On Past Decisions
Also sharing more, Kris Jenner tells about her relationship with the late Robert Kardashian Sr. After their divorce in March 1991, she admits they became closer. Reminiscing, she says, “When I got divorced, Robert and I became best friends.” Further, she says, “We talked on the phone all day long. Helped each other through things all the time.” Reiterating her reason she wants Khloe to be intentional about her decision, she says, “And I did have regrets. I thought: ‘Wow. What was I thinking?'”
Seemingly, Kris Jenner is very remorseful for her choice to cheat. But Kris acknowledges the good that came from it, “Without that whole thing happening, there would have never been Kendall and Kylie [Jenner].”
