RHOBH alum Teddi Mellencamp is renting her home out for a ridiculous amount of money. With the help of Mauricio Umansky and two of his daughters, they have high hopes that someone will bite. So, why is she renting it out and how much is it going for? Read on for more details.

Teddi Mellencamp Renting Home Out For Ridiculous Amount

Fans watched Teddi Mellencamp move from one mansion to another during her time on RHOBH. She also owned an OC beach house with her husband, Edwin Arroyave. The family seemed settled in their lavish Hollywood Hills home. However, by 2020, Teddi, Edwin, their three children, and his daughter from a previous relationship relocated to Encino. With that, they decided to try to sell their HH house and listed it for $5.995 million. Mauricio Umansky was the listing agent along with one of his daughters which made sense. Teddi and his wife, Kyle Richards had become extremely close during their time together on the hit Bravo reality series.

Unfortunately, the home did not sell so Teddi and her family decided to take it off the market. Now, they have recruited Maruricio and his daughters again but they have opted to try and rent the home. According to TMZ, they have decided to list the Hollywood Hills mansion for 35K/month. The home is over 4K square feet with five bedrooms, six bathrooms, a gym, and a pool plus an insane view of LA. By the pool, there is a nice setup for a barbecue and relaxation.

It is everything someone looking to relocate to the Hollywood Hills could possibly want and more. Of course, the price tag is quite high yet there is a lot that goes into determining a number. Usually, the agent will price the other homes for sale in the surrounding area to come to a decent conclusion. As to whether or not this will ultimately lead them to try and sell the home again is yet to be seen. More so, it is unknown if Teddi Mellencamp will make an appearance in the upcoming season of RHOBH.

Some were shocked that Teddi Mellencamp enlisted the help of Mauricio Umansky despite his marital troubles with Kyle Richards. Yet, it definitely helps that Kyle’s daughter, Farrah Brittany is the other agent listed on the home. Plus, it seems Teddi still has an allegiance to Mauricio and The Agency. Now, time will tell if they can get someone to rent the home for their asking price.
