Matt Roloff of TLC’s Little People, Big World has changed his mind again. Once more he has listed his family farm with the hopes of snagging a buyer.

In the listing, confirmed by In Touch, the TLC star has once again listed a chunk of his property as well as the main house. As TLC fans know, this isn’t the first time Matt Roloff made this shocking move. In fact, he pulled the property off the market in October of last year. At the time, he opted to go a different direction and use it as a rental property.

The decision to relist his family farm, however, is not the only shocking piece of information. Matt Roloff also came down significantly on the price. Previously seeking $4M, Matt Roloff now lists the property at $3,395,000.

Has Matt Roloff of LPBW explained this shocking decision? Keep reading for the details.

LPBW: Matt Roloff’s New Farm Listing Has HUGE Price Cut

Matt Roloff has yet to address his decision to put the home up for sale a second time. However, since November 2022, the property has served him as an Airbnb vacation rental.

The rental gave guests the opportunity to enjoy the 8,938-square-foot home featuring six bedrooms, five and a half baths. In total, the rental vacation home could accommodate as many as 16 guests.

This rental offered a unique opportunity for LPBW fans to stay in the home they watched on the TLC series for years. Matt Roloff offered this rental for a rate of $1,280. Unfortunately, as TV Shows Ace speculated, the rental business venture may have been a bust for Matt. So, he made the decision to take a chance at selling once more.

Per the listing obtained by In Touch, the property also comes with 16 acres of the Roloff Farms property for the buyer to enjoy. The listing boasts the acreage offers a unique opportunity for the right buyer.

Despite Matt Roloff’s silence on the matter, speculation about the reasons behind the decision to sell the home continues to spark curiosity among TLC fans.

Per the hosting service that manages the property, there are no open rental slots after Thanksgiving weekend of this year. So, LPBW fans who wanted to stay at the rental house on Roloff property need to act fast before the opportunity is gone.
