According to TMZ, the former MTV personality was popped in Las Vegas yesterday for the violent offense of battery by strangulation. Teen Mom 2: Nathan Griffith Arrested For Violent Strangulation

Speaking to TMZ, law enforcement sources confirm Las Vegas police responded after receiving a phone call around 9:15 P.M. regarding a violent situation unfolding at the home Nathan was currently staying at. After investigating the situation, the police officers slapped handcuffs on Jenelle Evans’ baby daddy for reportedly committing a violent act against one of his family members.

Unfortunately, very little information has been made public at this time regarding the details of Nathan’s latest crime. The charge, however, is that he allegedly strangled a member of his family.

Sadly, this news comes as a shock to no one as Nathan Griffith is extremely familiar with the criminal justice system and has been busted for equally serious and violent crimes more than a few times.

Teen Mom Fans Met Him In 2013.

Surprisingly, it was a decade ago that MTV fans met Nathan Griffith when he was introduced on Teen Mom 2 as Jenelle Evans’ latest love interest. Nathan was a member of the cast from 2013 to 2015. The two lived together, had a child together, and even planned to get married. Ultimately, however, the friction between Jenelle and Nathan was intense. And, they cut ties after deciding the relationship just wasn’t going to work.

Now, Jenelle Evans remains connected to Nathan as they do share a child together. She, however, recently admitted that Kaiser hasn’t seen much of his father in a long time and she has very limited contact with him.

Does it surprise you that Jenelle Evans’ baby daddy has landed behind bars again? As fans know, Jenelle broke everyone’s hearts when she recently revealed it had been a pretty significant amount of time since Nathan Griffith last saw his son Kaiser. Given this new information about another arrest, some Teen Mom fans speculate Kaiser not seeing his dad might not be a bad thing.
