The reality tv star wrote, “Any time a middle aged man starts going to the gym and taking care of himself, everybody assumes he’s cheating.” She mused about why people aren’t assuming the same about Kyle since she “started going to the gym (Ozempic)”, and “looking all snack-a-licious all of the sudden.”

However, Kyle has not responded to Golnesa’s insinuations either online or through media outlets. It’s clear from online comments that the Shahs of Sunset star isn’t the only one thinking things are fishy. Fans on Kyle’s social media have commented to tell her to “come clean” about her alleged use of a weight-loss drug and relationship with Morgan.
