Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann are steering clear of each other as they continue to live under one roof. The couple has filed for divorce, both with different requests. Yet, how are they navigating their Georgia mansion living situation? It seems that they really aren’t. Read on for more details.

The couple’s Georgia mansion has dodged auction and foreclosure a few times now. Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann owe 1.1 million dollars to the IRS. Yet, now that they have filed for divorce, it is Kroy who wants the home as well as Kim out of it. Furthermore, he does not want her to be able to come back. As for the children, Kim initially had requested primary and physical custody of them with Kroy getting joint custody. Plus, she wanted spousal support. Her husband of over eleven years did not seem to like that so he filed for sole custody of their four minor children together.

Currently, they still live together, according to Us Weekly but how are they navigating that? Vanderpump Rules stars Ariana Madix and Tom Sandoval are broken up but still share a 2 million dollar California home. So, they have a mediator who helps them out. As for Kim and Kroy, a source shared that they are “avoiding each other” while staying under the same roof. It is a five-bedroom mansion so that should be enough room for them to keep their distance. However, with four children still in the home, it may be difficult.

As of yesterday, Kim Zolciak posted an Instagram story of her learning how to play Fortnite. As she adjusted her headphones, it was evident that she had ditched her wedding ring. On Kroy’s behalf, he has emphasized on social media that his ring did mean something and has yet to take down that he is a “husband” in his Instagram bio. Sadly, he is no longer following Kim and vice versa. They are making a lot of changes but the home is not one just yet.

What The Future Holds

Both Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann are all about co-parenting their children the best that they can. This includes Kim’s older daughters, Brielle and Ariana from previous relationships that Kroy ended up adopting. Sadly, Brielle has unfollowed Kroy amid the family drama but he has stayed loyal to all of his kids. Friends say this will get nasty because neither wants to back down. Only time will tell what will actually happen to the family that was once so tight.
