‘Bravo’ Andy Cohen Loses It In Public, Apologizes Profusely

Andy Cohen took to Instagram to issue an apology after going ballistic in public over an incident involving his four-year-old son, Ben, and realizing people probably saw him.

The Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen host had a pretty rough start to his day with his young son Ben recently. Turns out, the father and son had a bit of a disagreement about Ben’s wardrobe while they were heading out the door. After the fact, Andy realized he was very much in public when he “lost his mind” over the disagreement with his son. So, he felt the need to apologize to anyone who happened to witness what unraveled.

Now, Andy Cohen getting in a brawl with his four-year-old over an article of clothing on the sidewalk in the West Village on Hudson Street was something all of the parents that follow the Bravo personality found to be extremely relatable. The parents that follow him also found in relatable when he revealed that Ben ended up winning the argument and they went back inside to change clothing before leaving.

The 54-year-old shared a video on his Instagram Stories explaining what happened between him and his son. And, he apologized to anyone who happened to witness him “losing his mind” as he fought with his son on trying to get him to keep his shorts on.

My apologies if you were in the West Village on Hudson Street this morning and saw me absolutely lose my mind. Ben was upset that he was wearing shorts and wanted to change. He won, he won, he won. We went back up and changed.”

Andy Cohen admitted he fully expected to hear about how his son Ben was hot later today as it was going to be in the 80s and he definitely should have been wearing shorts. He, however, reiterated that his son won the battle, he changed into pants, and they moved on about their day.

He was hoping to turn around the frustrating day

Andy Cohen admitted to his followers via his Instagram Stories that it was a “very frustrating” way to kick off the day. But, he was hoping to turn things around with what he had planned later.

He continued to explain: “I’m very excited to head to DC for an appearance tonight at Sixth & I. So, onward we go. Dress accordingly today! It’s gonna be a hot one.”
