Dean Unglert Offers Brother For Sex With Caelynn Miller-Keyes?
Bachelor in Paradise fan-fave Dean Unglert has been talking more about his upcoming marriage to Caelynn Miller-Keyes. There have been recent conversations about them having kids someday. However, neither of them is currently ready for that next step. Now in a recent chat with Jared Haibon, Dean was talking about all the different possibilities of having children one day. Does that involve Dean allowing Caelynn to have sex with his brother? Keep reading to find out more about what Dean had to say about it all.
Dean Unglert talks children with Caelynn
Dean Unglert, Caelynn Miller-Keyes and Jared Haibon were all talking during a recent episode of the Help! We Suck at Being Newlyweds podcast. The soon-to-be-married couple talked about getting checked for reproductive issues. They were very honest with everyone about what they have done and their fears. Dean seems to have the biggest fear in the relationship believing that he could be sterile. He had his sperm count checked eight years ago and the results were good. However, he still feels deep inside that maybe that has changed.
When Dean noted that he feels he still could end up sterile, Caelynn said that was okay because if that’s the case they want to adopt. However, Dean had more to say on the topic. Dean said this has been something he has deeply thought about even before he started dating Caelynn.
His next statement is a bit shocking. He said, “And I was thinking I could take — and this is kind of weird to say now that it’s attached to a person — but that we could take one of my brothers’.” Caelynn responded saying she knew he was going to say that. She then asked which brother.
Dean continued on saying with a laugh, “And you guys could just go into the room for thirty minutes and, you know.” He told her she could pick which brother. Caelynn was not on board with the idea saying she was definitely not having sex with his brothers.
Was he kidding?
Dean did go on to acknowledge that he was kidding. He said, “Yes, obviously it would be an artificial insemination thing … But that’s always been my plan for if I’m sterile. So if I’m sterile, that’s what I always imagined myself doing. Because their DNA is close to mine.”
It was then brought up by Jared if that would be weird knowing his brother was his child’s biological father. Dean admitted it would be odd but that it would be the closest to having him be the actual father so he would most likely be okay with it.
As for Caelynn, she used Modern Fertility to see if she was able to have babies in the future. She didn’t comment on what her results were but judging from the rest of the conversation her tests were good.
This isn’t the first time the couple has talked about babies. They recently brought up the possibility of Dean having a vasectomy because they didn’t feel it was fair to have Caelynn be solely responsible for birth control. When they decided it was time for a baby he would have the procedure reversed.
The two are currently finishing up planning for their wedding so no babies seem to be in the near future. They have plenty of time to decide what will be best for them as a couple.
What do you think about Dean’s comments about having his brother be the sperm donor for Caelynn if needed?

First of all, if he is sterile, no need to get a vasectomy. Second, he previously said he was going to possibly get a vasectomy so that the responsibility for birth control did not fall on Caelynn. If that is the case, why has he waited until now to consider it? Third of all, what makes him think he may be sterile in the first place? I feel like this entire line of conversation was initiated so that he and Caelynn could remain relevant; he has brought up other similarly-odd topics in the past. I think he tries to hard to seem different, anti-mainstream, if you will.
