Khloe Kardashian is a fabulously, beautiful woman. She has stunned fans through many body shifts and reminded women to embrace natural changes as they happen. She is graceful with each transition. Many of these looks were showcased by US Weekly showing her stages of pregnancy, weight loss, and relationship drama. “When I first started [working out], I cared so much. Maybe [it’s] just being younger. I think you care about the scale,” the Kardashians star, 38, told InStyle in an interview published on Friday, March 10. “The scale Fs with you. I don’t even look at a scale anymore.” She recognizes it is unhealthy for her to focus on the scale and that it just shows numbers, not true progress.

Why Did Khloe Kardashian Become So Consumed With The Gym?
The Good American designer commented, “The reason why I turned to the gym was actually through my divorce. I didn’t really know what to do.” Breaking through the first few steps of divorce, Kardashian was able to accept she could not control what was happening in her life entirely. Conversely, she could see the direct correlation between “effort in” and “results out” at the gym. That push was exactly what she needed to keep her going. For this reason, Khloé Kardashian felt pride in herself and the accomplishments she saw in fitness. US Weekly referred to Kardashian and Odom’s wedding in September 2009. The couple was wed after only one month of dating. Nonetheless, unfortunately, they divorced after four years together, when Kardashian filed for divorce in December 2013.

Life’s Strange Turn Of Events For Khloé and Lamar
Life threw the separated couple a curveball. According to US Weekly, “The Strong Looks Better Naked author later called off her filing after the former Los Angeles Lakers player was left comatose after overdosing at a legal brothel in Nevada in order to be his caretaker. Following Odom’s recovery, Kardashian refiled for divorce in May 2016 and it was finalized seven months later.”
Khloe Kardashian told her sister Kim Kardashian she felt like it was a natural thing to stay together through that dark time. The mother of two finds that her dedication to the gym helps her through bad and good days alike. At the same time, recognizing when to push and when to rest.
Khloe Kardashian needed some time to pour herself into working out and eating healthy. She needed that outlet. Although she may have been obsessing over her weight and gym time during that period of time, she undoubtedly is applying more balance by being in tune with her body’s need for both motivation and relaxation.
