Scheana Shay is fighting back mad. She sent out a statement on Thursday afternoon. Scheana accused of being Raquel Leviss of being a “liar and cheat.” Her attorney, Neama Rahmani, sent out a strong message.

“This case is a fabrication by a known liar and a cheat who has betrayed everyone close to her,” Neama said in a statement to TMZ. “Scheana never punched Rachel [Raquel], period.”

Raquel received a restraining order against Scheana Shay earlier this week. She accused her Vanderpump Rules co-star of injuring her eye and hitting her in the head. Raquel included photos of her alleged black eye and scratches. Neama addressed the injuries and revealed that the “dark markings around her left eye have been there for months.”

Scheana was accused of lashing out at Raquel after she learned about her affair with Tom Sandoval. He cheated on Ariana Madix, which led to their split. Raquel received a temporary restraining order until a court hearing later this month. Scheana doesn’t want to be dragged into this legal drama, according to her lawyer.

Scheana Shay ends their friendship
