On Thursday, March 2, Michael Strahan shared a clip of himself dancing with the locals who dressed in traditional garb. They chant his name as he gets down. The camera then panned over to his co-hosts Robin Roberts and George Stephanopoulos at the NYC studios chanting him on.

“Oh, they got Michael dancing!” Robin said. “We want to thank Michael and our entire Easter Island crew and those fabulous hosts.”

She joked that she couldn’t see his leaf. His co-anchors were disappointed that he wasn’t wearing the traditional outfits. Still, they couldn’t believe his dance moves. Michael got down as he wore an olive green jacket over a gray T-shirt and black shorts. He finished off his super-casual look with running sneakers.
