Will ‘Clarkson’s Farm’ Be Back On Amazon Prime For Season 2?
Many fans of The Grand Tour’s Jeremey Clarkson and his series Clarkson’s Farm are wondering whether the Amazon Prime series will be back for Season 2. The Top Gear alum has caused a great deal of controversy after writing a column about Meghan Markle in The Sun. This resulted in a lot of understandable fury.
Eventually, Clarkson apologized. However, now there are questions on whether or not Clarkson’s Farm will air.
Here is the latest news.
Will Amazon Prime Air Clarkson’s Farm Season 2?
Amazon Prime is going to drop Clarkson’s Farm Season 2 soon. This is the second season of the streamer’s series about farming in England. This shows how much work, expense, and humor there is in running the Diddly Squat farm, and in growing food.
Filmed at his Oxfordshire farm, this series is his love letter to farming. In addition, many quirky characters work on the farm including Kaleb Cooper, Jeremy’s right-hand man. The 1,000-acre farm has a shop, which is run by Clarkson’s girlfriend Lisa Hogan.
The series follows the entire process of the farming season. This starts with sowing seeds, to using the big machinery to cut and store the grain he grows.
Creating a show like this takes a lot of patience and time. Amazon started filming right after the first season and completed filming in July 2022. After several months of editing, it is finally ready for viewers to enjoy!
When Will Amazon Prime Drop Clarkson’s Farm Season 2?
According to IMDb, which is owned by Amazon, they will drop all eight episodes of Clarkson’s Farm Season 2, on Friday, February 10.
Will The Grand Tour Be Back With Season 5?
According to Variety, although The Grand Tour trio have filmed one remaining unaired episode in Slovakia in 2022, it is assumed that like Clarkson’s Farm, Amazon Prime will continue filming and airing the remaining Season 5 episodes that could run into 2025. They will allegedly not be offering Jeremy Clarkson any more contracts. But, why are they so delayed in filming new episodes?
Currently, Jeremy Clarkson, James May, and Richard Hammond all have their own shows. Therefore, they need to squeeze in time to film more episodes of the adventure motoring series. There has not been any sort of indication that they are filming on social media. Nor are there any fan sitings.
Unfortunately, due to the worldwide pandemic, everything was stalled, particularly The Grand Tour. In 2020, they were unable to travel overseas to film. Therefore, they filmed in Scotland. In 2022, they filmed in Norway and Northern Sweden, still sticking closer to home. Where could the trio go next? Now that travel restrictions have mostly been lifted, anywhere is possible. Moreover, they will want to end their series with a bang.
Are you looking forward to Clarkson’s Farm Season 2? Will you be watching on Amazon Prime?
