“It’s always a scary thing to leave something. But I always know when I need to do something,” Lisa Rinna told Interview Magazine. “What happened was I left, really, right after the reunion. People don’t know that. But everybody knew right after the reunion that I was going to move on, that was going to be it.”
However, Lisa claims that she left of her own volition. In her statement to People, she shared that it was a “mutual decision.” Some fans don’t believe her claims and think Bravo fired her. However, even at BravoCon 2022, she admitted that she would leave the show on “mutual” terms.

“This is the longest job I have held in my 35-year career and I am grateful to everyone at Bravo and all those involved in the series,” Lisa Rinna said in her statement. “It has been a fun eight-year run and I am excited for what is to come!”
