Former Counting On star and Duggar daughter Jill Dillard is including her new addition Frederick in her family’s special tradition. It’s been a little while since Jill and Derick Dillard had a baby in their house at Christmastime. But in July 2022, they welcomed their third son, Frederick Michael, to the world. They also have a seven-year-old son Israel and a five-year-old son Samuel.
Not only was Christmas 2022 Freddy’s first Christmas, but it was also the Dillard family’s first holiday season in their new home.

On Monday, Jill took to Instagram to share a few sweet photos with fans. The mom of three wrote, “Even though the year was tough in many ways, I’m thankful for so much that God brought us in 2022, especially our little Frederick.”
The first picture is of a baby handprint ornament hanging on the Christmas tree. It features the initials FD (Frederick Dillard) and the year 2022. Then, Jill Dillard posted a photo of her baby boy sitting on her lap as they read a board book together. The final snap in the post is of another ornament just like the first one, but it features Freddy’s footprint instead.

In a comment, one fan was curious to know if Jill Dillard has made handprint and footprint ornaments with all of her babies. She confirmed, “Yes we have and I love it & so do the kids!”
Of course, Duggar fans are loving this sweet new post from Jill. They think the ornaments turned out great, and they enjoy watching her little guy grow up. One fan said, “Freddy is precious…love the ornaments!”
Recently, it’s seemed like Jill is trying to give her kids more privacy on social media. She doesn’t always post photos of their faces like she used to. So far, she hasn’t addressed these comments, but because she didn’t show Freddy’s face in this post, she’s receiving more questions. Nonetheless, fans are obsessing over the cute baby and precious ornament tradition.
