Erin Bates ‘Swimming In Tears’ Over HUGE Life Changes
Former Bringing Up Bates star Erin Bates Paine admitted to fans that she is “swimming in tears” over the huge life changes happening right now. The 31-year-old is feeling pretty emotional and just couldn’t keep it all in. She posts photos and videos of fun family outings or records herself playing the piano. Lately, the mom of five has opened up to fans about big changes on the horizon. She and Chad currently live in Tennessee near most of the Bates family. They seem to love being close to so many relatives and they have lived in the same house for years.
But they recently made the decision to move to Florida to help start a church there. Now, the hard day is here and the couple is hitting the road. Michael Bates Keilen, Erin’s sister, recently documented her last get-together with the Paine family and opened up about the hard goodbye. Erin is getting emotional over all of these big life changes too.

Wednesday is their official moving day, so the couple and their five kiddos are on the road. On Instagram late on Tuesday night, Erin shared a new Reel with Bringing Up Bates fans. The former UPtv star took a walk down memory lane. She included many photos and video clips in her new video, revisiting some of her favorite moments from life in Tennessee. The kids enjoyed lots of time outdoors, exploring and hanging out with their animals.
She wrote, “Goodbye, Tennessee (Part 1). As I sit here going through old pictures and videos, and yes, swimming in tears, I’m just so thankful we’re taking the sweetest memories with us. God has been so good.”
