Caelynn Miller-Keyes seals the deal with Dean Unglert
Bachelor in Paradise fans favorites Caelynn Miller-Keyes and Dean Unglert took another big step in their relationship. Caelynn went to Instagram to share their big news.
She shared some videos and some photos that told a wonderful story of their day. She captioned the post saying, “According to Dean we’re now officially engaged! A while ago we agreed we would both propose to each other. I had a lot of ideas on how I would do it, but after dean had me conquer my fear of heights before his proposal, I thought it would be fitting for him to conquer his only fear, horses. I can’t wait for a lifetime of pushing each other out of our comfort zones 🙃”
So, now, let the wedding planning continue. The couple has already decided they are getting married in October 2023. They even know they will be getting hitched in Aspen, Colorado.
Caelynn has been out wedding dress shopping and thinks she found the one she was meant to wear. Plus, they have already asked one of their best friends to officiate their nuptials.
Dean’s proposal to her
Everyone knew a proposal was bound to happen between Dean and Caelynn. Nobody knew who would propose first though. They both wanted to propose to each other. They aren’t the first Bachelor Nation couple to do this. Becca Kufrin and Thomas Jacobs also both proposed to each other.
Dean beat her to the first proposal and popped the question in Hawaii on one of the most challenging hikes that Caelynn has ever endured.
The moment was perfect between them. However, there was one slight hiccup. Dean misplaced Caelynn’s engagement ring. So, he had to get a placeholder ring until they can locate her 4-carat diamond.
Fans love Dean and Caelynn together and before her, he never even wanted to get married. Now that he has found her, his feelings have changed.
This summer, knowing that Caelynn wanted a huge diamond, Dean jokingly told her if she bought him a new truck he would buy her ring.
So, Caelynn went to Toyota and got the truck. True to his word, he popped the question a few months later.
