‘Bringing Up Bates’ Fans Fear Carlin Bates Isn’t Protecting Kids?
Bringing Up Bates fans fear that Carlin Bates Stewart isn’t protecting her kids as she should. She and her husband, Evan Stewart, have two young kids, Layla, almost three years, and Zade, eight months. While they are sometimes applauded for the way they’re raising their children, other times, fans are calling them out. If you follow Carlin on social media and YouTube, you may have noticed that she is sometimes mom-shamed for the choices she makes when it comes to her kids.
Now, fans are fearing for Carlin’s kids’ safety. What happened this time?
Carlin Bates updates fans on Zade’s health.
As TV Shows Ace reported, Carlin and Evan recently informed Bringing Up Bates fans that Zade has pink eye. They noticed his eyes had more sleep than usual upon waking. Plus, his eyes looked puffy and he had cold and allergy symptoms. So, they took him to urgent care and they are now using a prescription ointment to treat his pink eye. Hopefully, Zade will feel back to normal in no time.

After finding out that Zade was sick, Bringing Up Bates fans took to Reddit to discuss it. Of course, everyone feels bad that the baby boy is under the weather. They hope he is back to himself in no time.
However, some fans were quick to blame Carlin Bates for her baby’s illness. They feel that Carlin is always taking her children out and exposing them to all kinds of germs. Fans don’t think the Stewarts need to stay home permanently. But fans do think it would be wise not to take them everywhere, especially during the cold and flu season.
One fan said, “Hopefully they keep that baby in the house. He’s been outside his whole little life.”
Another said, “Well they should keep him home instead of outside for photo shoots and crap. He’s been sick for months and they just keep taking him outside without letting him feel better. Also there’s definitely something going around.”
Zade previously had breathing treatments at home for another sickness.
