Sister Wives Tony Padron Reveals How The Twins Got Their Unique Names
When Mykelti and Tony shared that their twin boys had arrived, the parents shared their unique names. Joining daughter Avalon Asa were Ace McCord and Archer Banks. According to Starcasm, Tony took to social media to detail how the monikers came to be. Apparently, Archer came from Tony’s gamer tag while Ace was simply a name the fancied. As for their middle names, McCord is Mykelti’s favorite strong woman character on a show.
Then there is Banks, which is Archer’s middle name. That is actually to “inspire wealth and prosperity.” Mykelti also helped answer some fan questions yesterday in her Instagram story. She explained that they are actually fraternal twins but that Archer is two minutes older. Fortunately, they have very distinct and different features, mainly their hair color. Archer’s hair is really dark whereas his brother is more of a ginger. Luckily, their big sister, Avalon, 1.5 is super happy to have them and cannot help but love on her new babies.
More Babies?
While nearing the end of her pregnancy, fans wanted to know if Mykelti and Tony were going to have more kids after the twins. The Sister Wives star shared that this was it for the couple. They now would have a little girl and two boys. It was not an unfounded question as her mother, Christine Brown had six children. Plus, her father, Kody had eighteen children so there may have been some expectations.
Mykelti did not have the easiest ending to her pregnancy. She was measuring at 47 weeks in October then 54 weeks when she gave birth at 38 weeks which is normal for twins. Ultimately, she had to have an emergency C-section since both boys were breached. This was much different than the home birth she had with Avalon the first time around. Yet, the now family of five is grateful to be home and healthy, all together, especially now that Christine is a permanent fixture in Utah.
