‘Teen Mom’ Catelynn Lowell To Undergo Scary Medical Procedure?
Teen Mom star Catelynn Lowell has been through a lot with her health. She dealt with mental health struggles and has tried to come out the other side. Now, it seems that the mother of four may have to undergo a medical procedure. Yet, what exactly does she need to get done, and is she okay? Read on for more details.
Catelynn Lowell To Undergo Medical Procedure
This season of The Next Chapter has been an interesting one for Catelynn and her family. Firstly, her husband, Tyler underwent a vasectomy. This was easy for him as he felt their family was complete. They had four beautiful girls, one of who they had given up for adoption at sixteen. Plus, the couple had dealt with miscarriages. This was not easy whatsoever so, after the birth of their last child, this seemed to be the perfect timing. Moreover, in the latest episode, their daughter, Nova expressed sadness over being away from her older sister, Carly.
She was the one the couple had given up and only the couple’s oldest daughters have met her. Now, Catelynn has something else on her plate to manage. According to The Sun, the thirty-year-old finds herself getting ready to head into an MRI machine. Apparently, the doctors have decided they are attempting to rule out MS or multiple sclerosis. MS is “a potentially disabling disease of the brain and spinal cord,” per the Mayo Clinic.
Other celebrities who battle MS are Christina Applegate and Selma Blair who recently competed in the season of DWTS. Sadly, she had to leave when she was pushing her body too far. This is not the only health scare as she had to face as she also had to have a cyst removed in an emergency visit to the ER. As for what the results of the MRI were, that will most likely be revealed later on in the season or at the reunion.
A Painful History
Tyler and Catelynn Baltierra have been together since they were in middle school and it led to a high school romance. They were featured on 16 & Pregnant when they opted to give up their baby for adoption. The duo faced tremendous ups and downs as her mother disagreed with their choice. Furthermore, his dad, Butch struggled with substance abuse. Nothing came easy for the couple but they did ultimately walk down the aisle. They have stuck by each other’s sides and it does not look like that will be changing any time soon. Hopefully, everything works out for Catelynn in the long run when it comes to her health.
