Amy Halterman Tells Instagram She’s Very Lucky, Why?
1000-Lb. Sisters fans have watched Amy Halterman go through quite a bit of personal growth over the last few years. When fans first met her, she was struggling with her weight and health. Over the years, she managed to qualify for bariatric surgery and went on to give birth to two healthy boys.
It’s clear that the TLC star has a lot to be thankful for these days. But why exactly did Amy tell fans that she feels incredibly lucky?
Amy Halterman is always grateful for her amazing family
When 1000-Lb. Sisters began, Amy Halterman adamantly said that she and her husband Michael wanted to have a baby. However, her weight made conceiving a huge challenge. After receiving bariatric surgery, Michael and Amy got pregnant with Gage rather quickly. Amy went on to give birth to her younger son Glenn this summer. 1000-Lb. Sisters fans would love to have news about the show’s future, but they’re happy to look at baby photos in the meantime.
“Glenn all smiley today. Lucky to have sweet babies. Both babies are good boys…” Amy captioned her Instagram post. She attached a few sweet photos of her youngest son. In the picture, he’s wearing a cute doctor-themed onesie.
In the past, many fans have said that Gage takes after Michael. But Glenn is definitely Amy’s twin.
“Omg Amy, he is a spitting image of you 😍” one of Amy’s followers wrote on the post.
“Amy please don’t give me baby fever😂❤️” added another. Fans just can’t get enough of the baby content. They’re always happy to look at new photos of Gage and Glenn.
The Haltermans find new ways to occupy their time
Summer is turning into fall and the Haltermans are trying to find new ways to keep their boys busy. The Haltermans recently took a family outing to the local Corn Festival and had an amazing time. However, Amy did reveal that they got sunburned.
When Amy isn’t being a devoted wife and mother, she’s also pursuing new hobbies. According to her Instagram page, she’s taken up an interest in making art out of resin. So far, fans have gone wild over Amy’s resin art. It’s entirely possible she may choose to open up a merch shop sometime in the future.
There still isn’t any official word on the future of 1000-Lb. Sisters. But even so, Tammy Slaton and Amy Halterman continue to have a pretty loyal fanbase. Followers are always excited to see what the women are up to, even if there aren’t any new episodes on TLC at the moment.
