‘The View:’ Host Ana Navarro Is Out Of Her Comfort Zone
While fans of The View have been enjoying reruns of the show during the month of August, viewers are ready for the new season. Alyssa Farah Griffin and Ana Navarro will both become permanent hosts at the Hot Topic Table this September. It seems viewers of the show are happy with the new additions to the hosting panel. However, Ana Navarro has admitted that the show pushes her out of her comfort zone fairly often.
Ana Navarro Leaves Her Comfort Zone
It was announced that Ana Navarro would be joining The View as an official co-host in early August. Prior to this, Navarro would join as a guest on the show frequently and fans always enjoyed her appearances.

In a video posted to The View‘s Twitter page, Navarro admitted that the show’s talking points often pushed her out of her comfort zone. More specifically, she chats about pop culture and other topics that she wouldn’t normally speak about.
She stated, “Left to my own vices, I would only speak about politics but I get pushed outside of my comfort zone and talk about pop culture and things that are relatable. The thing about The View is that you have to open up about your real life and because viewers want to hear how it relates to them, how it relates to you.”
Fans Of The View Are Special
Navarro also said in the video that no other show on air has a connection with its audience like the hosts of The View do. Fans of the show are loyal and many of them have been watching the program since its debut 25 years ago. “I think what makes the viewers of The View different than practically any other network or any other show I’ve done is that they want to know you,” she said.

Viewers note when one of the hosts has lost weight or changed their hair, big life changes, etc. They truly care about the hosts of the show.
At the same time, viewers hold the hosts accountable for things they’ve done and said. Navarro jokes that you better remember exactly what you said to Kim Kardashian during a live show three years ago. Why? Well, because the fans will remember.
Either way, fans of The View seem happy with the network’s decision to bring Ana into a more permanent role. “I’m SO happy Ana will be a permanent co host. She is so damn smart and has a wicked sense of humor. I love her chemistry w/the other women, especially Joy,” one fan Tweeted.
The View returns to television on Tuesday, September 6 to its regular time slot: weekdays at 11 a.m. EST on ABC. Are you planning on tuning into Season 26? Let us know in the comments!
