Why was Frank Fritz fired?

Frank Fritz was fired from his role as host of American Pickers. His last appearance took place in a March 2020 episode. During that time, Frank recovered from back surgery. The History Channel revealed its plans to move on without him.

They didn’t feature Frank in the promos for Season 23. Instead, they focused on Mike Wolfe, Danielle Colby, and Mike’s brother Robbie Wolfe. Fans haven’t liked this season. They made it clear that they want their fan favorite back.

Mike Wolfe was the one who confirmed that Frank got the pink slip in July 2021. Frank previously revealed that his former co-star never reached out to him since his firing.
