Fans Claim Fake ‘LPBW’ Scene With Zach Roloff, Disgusted?
LPBW (Little People, Big World) viewers are calling out a fake scene in the Tuesday, July 5 episode of the show. After watching the latest episode, fans are claiming that Zach Roloff and his family were involved in a very scripted and forced scene. Now, fans are disgusted. So, what happened?
Were Zach Roloff and the kids featured in an ad?
In the latest LPBW episode, Zach decides to get Lilah and Jackson out of the house to give his wife, Tori, some time to herself. So, he took the kids to the playground for a bit.
While at the playground, Zach calls his mom, Amy Roloff, and asks her if she’d like some Sonic, too. He said that he and the kids could stop by her house and eat.
Then, they place their Sonic order in the app, drive to the location, and pick it up. While they could have just been eating out, LPBW viewers are convinced that Zach and the kids were part of an ad for the episode.
LPBW fans call out the fake scene.
On Reddit, viewers are talking about the scene and how fake it was.
One fan writes, “So fake. I hate when shows do that crap.”
Another adds, “I was going to say… this episode was such a wonderful Sonic commercial! /s”
While most fans watched the episode on discovery+ or TLC, someone watched it elsewhere and had a slightly different experience. Their comment reads, “I watch on YouTube TV and it played a short video that said ‘This episode is brought to you by Sonic.’ Then played a Sonic commercial.”
Other fans are pointing out that this isn’t the first time that there has been a Sonic ad on a TLC show. Someone writes, “And Loren and Alexi were doing a commercial for Command Strips on Pillow Talk. Also Outdaughteted did Sonic too.”
Another LPBW fan says that the Roloffs promoted Little Caesars the same way before.

Zach and Amy ARE far too staged and very obedient, it appears, to the producer. Zach has shown his true colours as a Mama’s, boy. You might not be 6 feet tall, Zach, but you don’t need to take what your father made because you don’t measure up.
