While Kim denies getting plastic surgery, she goes to extremes by doing lasers and stem cell facials. She warned that her nine-step system “might seem scary” to fans. She helped ease their anxiety when she shared a video of herself demonstrating her routine. Fans praised her for showing off her real skin without a filter.

“So many people want to act like they don’t care about how they look. I’m not acting like it comes easier or it’s all-natural,” Kim Kardashian told The New York Times. “You just don’t wake up and use whatever. You wake up, you use ingredients. The P.R.P. facials, stem cell facials, lasers — all of that is work.”

Kim goes into her bathroom every morning and cleanses her face. She also exfoliates her skin and treats it with a combination of glow oil and face cream. Kim works the product all the way down to her decolletage and breasts. However, some fans don’t believe this is all it takes to look like her.

A nurse shares a theory on the KUWTK alum’s face

A nurse on TikTok shared her theory about Kim Kardashian’s face. One of her followers asked her if she thinks the television personality ever went under the knife. Sydney is an RN who has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She revealed that she noticed facial scars on Kim’s face.

Sydney made the revelation while watching a recent episode of The Kardashians while lying in bed. She noticed work that Kim Kardashian has allegedly had. Keep in mind this nurse has never worked on Kim. This is just speculation.

“I’ve just been noticing that her lips look more full and her philtrum looks really short,” Sydney says in her TikTok video.

Sydney pulled up a photo of Kim from 2019. The distance between her nose and her upper lip is a lot longer. The nurse alleges that Kim Kardashian got “an upper lip lift” during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. Sydney also included more before-and-after shots of Kim’s nose surgery.

She also noticed that Kim accidentally “exposed” one of her scars when sharing a selfie of her with Chicago, as first mentioned by Lorry Hill on YouTube. Sydney also noticed that Kim has scars on her nose from an alleged nose job. Fans shared their thoughts in the Reddit thread. The video has since disappeared from Sydney’s TikTok account.
