Jeopardy! champ Ryan Long continues his winning streak. He just won his 16th game on Friday, June 3. However, fans noticed a “bizarre” pattern among the champions that have graced the game show. The new fan-favorite and rideshare driver earned some massive winnings in the latest episode.

Ryan won his 16th consecutive game with $299,000 total. The Philadelphia native has the ninth-longest streak on the beloved quiz show. But during that episode, some fans couldn’t help but wonder if his streak will come to an end soon. Find out what they discovered during that very episode.

Jeopardy! contestant Ryan Long earned his 16th straight win. He currently has the ninth-longest streak on the show ever. He’s now seven games shy of Canadia tutor Mattea Roach’s 23-streak. Unfortunately, that came to an end when she lost by $1 in May.

Since then, Ryan Long made his big debut on Jeopardy! He’s been winning each game consecutively. Mattea, Ryan, Amy Schneider, and Matt Amodio will all compete in the Tournament of Champions in November 2022. One Jeopardy! fan found something interesting about Ryan’s streak. They have a feeling that he will make it through another week of games.

Ryan is just a few games away from the other two players who are tied for the seventh-longest Jeopardy! run in history with 19 games each. Once a contestant hits 14 games, they keep going. According to Daily Box Scores, Ryan currently has an 88% accuracy rating with a total of 26 correct responses with 2 incorrect answers.

There were 14 Triple Stumpers on Friday’s episodes. A triple stumper means none of the contestants knew the answer. That’s a big stat since there are 61 clues per game. Some Jeopardy! fans blamed the writers for stumping the contestants.

Ryan Long is still on a winning streak even if he gets stumped sometimes. As TV Shows Ace previously reported, the Jeopardy! champ had to answer questions on social media. Fans wanted to know why he squints so much at the board.

He simply told them that his glasses fog up. He also revealed what he plans to do with his massive winnings. He wants to take his son on trips during his time in California, including the theme park. Ryan’s answer brought host Mayim Bialik to tears.
