Khloe Kardashian squashes the plastic surgery rumors once again. She admitted that she’s only had minimal work done on her face. Yet, fans don’t believe her. They think she underwent a radical transformation. Over the years, Khloe has been the center of plastic surgery rumors.

Her face looks noticeably leaner and slimmer. Khloe looks a lot different from when she first appeared on Keeping Up with the Kardashians alongside her family. The reality star spoke out again about the scrutiny over her face. She doesn’t understand why people think she’s had so much work done.

Check out the before and after photos of Khloe Kardashian here. For years, fans are convinced that she had a “face transplant.” On the latest episode of the Not Skinny But Not Fat podcast, she addressed the speculation over her ever-changing looks. She only claims she got a little nip-and-tuck.

“It did use to bother me when people were like, I’ve had 12 face transplants. I’m like, ‘Oh my God, I have?’ I was like, ‘That’s crazy,'” Khloe Kardashian told host Amanda Hirsch on Tuesday, May 24.

She revealed that she’s only had “one nose job” done despite the plastic surgery claims. However, Khloe says she’s not personally offended by the rumors. She doesn’t understand why people talk about her looks so much. Khloe made it clear that she’s proud of the minimal work she’s had done on her nose.

“Like, I had one nose job that I love. Like, I want everyone to know,” Khloe Kardashian continued. “And I love it, I don’t care to lie about it, nothing, but the transplant thing, I just want to understand why. I don’t know.”

The Good American founder said she didn’t know that people can get a “face transplant.” She called the process “amazing” and would do it “later in life.” But, for now, Khloe says she’s satisfied with the way she looks. She first confirmed her nose job last year after the constant speculation.

Confirmed nose job on KUWTK reunion special

Khloe Kardashian told host Andy Cohen during the KUWTK Reunion special that she’s only had “one nose job.” He also mentioned the “face transplant” rumors. Khloe says that he’s the only one who’s asked her about going under the knife. She also admitted to getting other cosmetic treatments.

“No one’s ever asked me! You’re the first person that’s ever asked me in an interview about my nose,” Khloe Kardashian admitted to Andy. “I’ve done, sure injections. Not really Botox. I’ve responded horribly to Botox.”
