She suffered from hip issues after appearing on the CBS reality show Beyond the Edge. Paulina was one of the nine celebrity contestants who competed in physical tasks while living in the Panamanian jungle. It wasn’t an easy feat, but she was determined to do it. She wanted to show her fans that age isn’t anything but a number.

On Sunday, April 24, Paulina Porizkova snapped a mirror selfie of herself wearing a cobalt blue bikini. It featured a strappy bottom and triangle top with adjustable straps. The gray-haired beauty smiled while she looked into her phone. Paulina rocked a makeup-free look in the photo.

She shared an update with her followers on her hip problem. The reality star revealed that she’s focusing on self-care during this time. The former America’s Next Top Model judge revealed that she’s had difficulty walking lately. Now that she’s spent some time in the jungle, Paulina is figuring out what to do next.

“This is what I’ve been up to in the last week, taking a break and trying to figure out how to fix my hips after my jungle adventure,” Paulina Porizkova wrote. “I haven’t been able to walk properly for months. After a week of trying to figure out the culprits and working out and eating healthy, I think I’m back on track.”

Her main focus is her health. The actress noted that she’s trying to get “back on track” with her diet. She is “grateful” to get back to her healthy lifestyle. It will take her some time to get back to where she was though.

Reality star suffered hip problems

Paulina Porizkov is able to snap back from her hip problems. That’s not the case for most women her age. She admitted that she’s hopeful about her recovery. While it may take time for her to get her flexibility back, she knows what she needs to do this time around.

“We all only have one body, an amazing and magical creation,” Paulina Porizkov added to her caption. “We need to treat it well so it can keep carrying our inimitable souls.”

She has credited Pilates for her incredible figure. The beauty also reminds her fans that “Sexy Has No Expiration Date.” The mother of two adult sons often talks about society’s obsession with youthful beauty. Paulina would rather age gracefully and it shows.
