‘Below Deck’ Ashley Marti Slams ‘Keyboard Warriors’ Amid Backlash

Below Deck Sailing Yacht Season 3 star Ashley Marti managed to make herself the villain of the season. She did not win fans over when she argued with second stew Gabriela Barragan and refused to do her job. Then there’s the whole issue with first mate Gary King. Ashley doesn’t just have a little crush on Gary. She wants to take him to bed.

Ashley’s been chasing him since the first episode. However, Gary has brushed off her advances. Though the two have kissed, Ashley still wants more. Her hook-up with former deckhand Tom Pearson wasn’t enough either. She said that she will “force” Gary to sleep with her.

Below Deck Sailing Yacht — Ashley slammed for harassment

Below Deck fans are aghast over Ashley’s latest comments about Gary. On the Monday, April 4the episode, Ashley made it clear that she still wants him. Not only is she competing with Gabriela when it comes to their work, but also when it comes to Gary’s affections. In the previous episode, Gary made out with Gabriela and the two fell asleep together after the latest crew outing.

Ashley has done everything she could to get his attention. She doesn’t have enough bikinis in stock to keep his eyes on her only. Ashley’s not used to getting rejected. During the Season 3 premiere of Below Deck Sailing Yacht, she revealed in her confessional that she’s used to getting what she wants.

Soon after deckhand Tom Pearson was fired, Ashley said she was aware that Gary doesn’t like her. However, that’s not going to make her stop trying. She told deckhand Kelsie Golgia that if she puts enough “pressure” on him, he will give in.

“If I put enough pressure on that situation I might get what I want,” Ashley joked.

Below Deck Sailing Yacht fans were disgusted by Ashley’s joke. Most of them took to Twitter to call her out for it. “Ashley said she’s gonna pressure Gary to sleep with her so she can get what she wants. Imagine if a dude said that,” one wrote while another added, “Ashley on trying to sleep with Gary ‘if I apply enough pressure I’ll get what I want.’ Yikes.”

Ashley Marti responds to online criticism

The Below Deck Sailing Yacht newbie has received her share of criticism. Yet, it’s her latest comments that really tipped fans over the edge. She took to Twitter to slam the “keyboard warriors” and “trolls.” Ashley didn’t apologize for her comments. Rather, she thinks the criticism comes from people who are “miserable” and “hate” their lives.

“To all the trolls and keyboard warriors…who hurt you? Just because you’re miserable and hate your life, doesn’t make it cool to spread your nastiness on others,” the Below Deck star wrote.

Ashley hasn’t since mentioned her inappropriate comment. Instead, she linked fans to her new OnlyFans account on Instagram. It has some Below Deck fans wondering if Ashley is trying to cash in on her lustfulness. She hasn’t been shy when it comes to talking about her sensual needs and using her curves to her advantage.
