According to the Lifetime synopsis, Monica (Goodwin) has gone through a rough patch. She just lost her father. Moreover, she just had a tough break-up. Now, she is ready to move forward with her life. It looks like she is successful. She tries to land the new hosting job for an afternoon talk show.
Therefore, when she hires a new assistant, Simone (Riley), the two quickly become close friends. Maybe a little too close?
Simone is now obsessed with Monica’s life. She even moves in next door. She seems very sweet. However, underneath her sweet exterior, Simone harbors a dark secret. Moreover, she cannot keep up this facade much longer. Those cracks are beginning to show.
