WWE Legendary Wrestler Scott Hall’s Family Taking Him Off Life Support
The family of Scott Hall has decided to discontinue his life support. Kevin Nash, a close friend of Hall’s and fellow WWE legend, confirmed the news on Sunday evening as friends and family gather to say their goodbyes.
Remembering Scott Hall, A WWE Legend
Along with Kevin Nash and Hulk Hogan, Hall (under the name Razor Ramon) was a founding member of the WCW New World Order. This helped him become one of the most notorious villains in the WWE throughout the 1990s.
Scott Hall retired a two-time world champion in 2010 and was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2014. Since retiring almost 12 years ago, he has appeared at various WWE events. In fact, he was scheduled to appear at WrestleMania later this week in Dallas. Unfortunately, Hall won’t be joining the rest of his Hall-of-Fame buddies this year.

Kevin Nash was the first person to break the news on Instagram about Hall’s life support being discontinued. He shared an old photo of himself and Hall. “I’m going to lose the one person on this planet I’ve spent more of my life with than anyone else,” Nash wrote in the caption. Nash went on to say losing his friend has made him incredibly sad. He and Hall were “outsiders”, he said, but they always had each other.
The former WWE star also shared information about Scott’s health, stating that his family has decided to move forward with ending his life support. All of this followed Hall being admitted to the hospital about a week ago after breaking a hip. A surgery that has become fairly routine led to some serious complications for Hall.
Hall’s Family Will Discontinue Life Support Monday Afternoon
During the 2000s, like many WWE stars, Hall’s health began to deteriorate. When he retired in 2010 he was also diagnosed with epilepsy. He also had to have a defibrillator and pacemaker being implanted in his chest due to years of partying and drug abuse throughout his career.
It was reported over the weekend that Scott Hall had suffered three heart attacks on Saturday, which led to him being on life support. He’d undergone a hip replacement surgery last week had some serious complications due to a loose blood clot.
Nash is the only person who has spoken out thus far about Scott Hall’s life support ending today. Hall’s family will be “in place” later today and will discontinue life support once everyone has had a chance to say goodbye.

People have begun to rush to the comments on Nash’s post to offer their sympathies. Others have shared stories about how Hall changed their lives. Those who represent Scott Hall, or his family, have not yet spoken out publicly about the end of his life.
