Clayton Echard Jokes About His Glow Up Since ‘Bachelorette’
Bachelor star Clayton Echard jokes about his glow up since his days on The Bachelorette. Read on to see his humorous post about how he’s changed.
Season 26 drama coming to a conclusion
Bachelor viewers have been tuning in to Clayton Echard’s journey to love in January. He’s whittled his contestants from 31 to just three. The women left standing are Susie, Rachel, and Gabby.
However, before he makes his final choice, he will have overnight dates with each contestant. The dramatic Fantasy Suite dates are a staple on the dating competition. It is among the only time they will be alone without cameras. Anything can – and usually does – happen.
But before we get to the Fantasy Suite dates, the eliminated women get a chance to call each other and Clayton to the carpet. This season’s Women Tell All will air on Monday, March 7. In a two-night event, the Fantasy Suite dates begin the following night.
The long-awaited finale and After the Final Rose will air the following week, on March 14 and 15.
Clayton Echard jokes about his glow up since The Bachelorette
Some Bachelor Nation fans – and alum Nick Viall – weren’t happy with Clayton Echard as the next Bachelor. They found his presence on Michelle Young’s season of The Bachelorette less than impressive. And Clayton heard those complaints loud and clear.
As his season is winding down, he took to his Instagram Stories to troll himself and how far he’s come since The Bachelorette. He shared a photo from Season 18.
“Throwback to Michelle’s season when I tied my ties obnoxiously long and didn’t unbutton my jacket when seated,” he joked. In the photo, the reality star is wearing a blue suit, sitting on a couch. As he mentions in his caption, his suit jacket is still buttoned, bunching up around him.
Peeking out from beneath the button is the famous long tie.
“When I say I’ve come a long way, I mean it!!” he wrote of his glow up between seasons.
Do we know how his season ends?
As his season began airing, Echard admitted to falling in love with multiple contestants. However, not even spoiler guru Reality Steve knows yet how the season ends. Bachelor creator Mike Fleiss teased on social media earlier this month that the ending is impossible to spoil, hinting that there isn’t a typical ending to the season.
Distractify reports that Reality Steve previously hinted that frontrunner Susie self-eliminates after Clayton confesses to sleeping with his other final two women. However, the spoilers are still unclear about how it all goes down.
