Lauryn Efird a.k.a. Pumpkin took to her Instagram Stories recently to beg for birthday cash from fans. The WEtv personality followed up by insisting she wasn’t actually begging for money. She doubled down by noting she definitely wasn’t rich or even in a decent place financially. Pumpkin wanted her fans to know she lived paycheck to paycheck with heavy and stressful bills to pay just like everyone that follows her.

Lauryn Efird a.k.a. Pumpkin updated her Instagram Stories a total of three times in celebration of her birthday. First, she shared her Venmo information. She made sure to add a tagline clarifying it was her birthday. Her followers that saw this assumed the combination of the birthday tagline and the Venmo information was her way of begging for birthday cash.
For her followers that didn’t have Venmo, she also provided her Cashapp information. Again, fans took this to be her way of begging for her followers to drop some birthday cash her way.
Now, it is possible Pumpkin received some nasty messages from fans about begging for birthday cash as a reality TV star. Why? Well, because she followed up with another Instagram Stories update defending sharing her Venmo and Cashapp information.
Defends herself, insists she never begged for money
Lauryn Efird a.k.a. Pumpkin followed up with a statement on her previous two Instagram Stories. She shared a black background with white letters on it. Her statement kicked off by noting she was absolutely not begging fans for money. She, however, wanted to point out that her followers were a bit misguided if they thought she was rich. Pumpkin proceeded to paint the picture of a family that lived paycheck to paycheck with heavy bills to pay and children to feed.

I think pumpkin has plenty of money. She also gets 800 and Josh works. Don’t understand her struggling other than she doesn’t know how to work her money. Maybe have a good financial advisor and if she already does stop acting like you lIve paycheck to paycheck.its ok to have money
